Returns Policy

At Xavier Furniture Online, we recommend that you choose your furniture pieces carefully. Due to the bulky nature of these goods and considerable freight costs, we have a carefully considered process for returns.

Refund Policy / Cancellations

  • Refunds for order cancellations may be available at the discretion of Xavier Furniture Online, provided the goods have not yet been despatched from our Loganholme warehouse and the cancellation request is received within 24 hours after payment of order.
  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Change of Mind

  • Change of mind returns are considered only in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Xavier Furniture Online.
  • Any approved change of mind returns would be subject to the customer paying the restocking fees (20% of purchase price) and freight to and from our Loganholme warehouse.
  • Any approved change of mind returns would be issued as a credit note (not refund).

Claims / Returns

For any claim or return enquiries, the following timeframes and conditions apply:

The customer must:

  • Inspect the products upon delivery.
  • Notify Xavier Furniture Online within 2 business days of the supply of product with details of any alleged defect, error, omission, shortage in quantity or damage.
  • Provide photographs via email within 2 business days of the supply of product of alleged defect, error, omission, shortage in quantity or damage.
  • Provide the relevant invoice or order number.
